Known as the "special waiter", "Rongbao Robot" is inspired by the mascot "Rongbao" of Chengdu Universiade. It has a round head, flaming eyes and ears. It can rely on "face value", but it depends on "talent": this is the world's first service robot with emergency function, which can deliver emergency kits, cardiac defibrillators and other medical emergency tools in the center of the venue, and also has many functions such as explanation, inquiry, translation and guidance.

Zhang Ruirui, an able person behind Rongbao Robot, was born and raised in Chengdu in the 1980s. In 2004, he went to King's College, University of London, UK to study abroad. It can be said that he was the first batch of doctors specializing in robotics in China, and returned to Chengdu to start a business in 2018.
